CONTINUATION FROM PREVIOUS POST(:
DAY 3~2nd dec
had jap breakfast at da hotel....UMAI(:
den took the "Romance train" back to tokyo!
rested a lil in hotel den went to shinjuku Takashimaya times sq! da chrismas decorations r so pretty ne~ had da yummy oyakudon again for dinner XD
DAY 4~3rd decspent the day in Ginza, the upper class area...streets r lined wif big names like gucci and louis vitton, as well as their high-class departmental stores, Mitsukoshi and Matsukaya. mostly bought mums stuff since branded stuff isnt really me? had a yummy dinner of zaru udon and tempura..FIRST CLASS MAN....[:
DAY 5~4th decwe were super poofed..so went on a mt fuji/hakone tour(yes hakone again..but diff part lah)....my mum bought apples and oranges...its loads cheaper den tokyo ne....oh n of course bought sum lil souveniors n stuff...
first headed to mt fuji! wahhh pretty ne x) den headed for lunch at Lake ashi hotel. den went for da cruise of the lake....den took the cable car over hakone(:
ah den after dat we went to the site of the hot springs where they boil those black onsen eggs....wen boiled...da shell of da eggs turn black..its said 1 egg will increase ur life by 7 yrs, 2 by 14 yrs...so on and so fourth.....whether true or not..no harm done ne x)
DAY 6~5th dec
went to shibuya again! bought tis cute black skirt da same brand as the jackets NEWS are endorsing(RUSS-K) XD.....bought more stuff.....fruits...and da yummy fruit jellies^^
DAY 7~6th dec
went to odakyu in shinjuku and coincidentally met 2 other penang(my parents' hometown) ppl from local tour on day 5! haha meant to meet ne....so we went to Harajuku(tokyo's hipster area) together.....here i totally went crazyyy wif JE goodies man.....i got like pencil cases, notepads, stickers, letter sets, calenders and loads more.....SUPER GUILTY CAN? but omgosh i so dun regret..bought loads of cute hp charms too....super cute x)
after dat went to see rainbow bridge! da thought of tegoshi driving dere bout 2 wks ago(from dat day..not from today) was so cool ne...i was like..sugoii..tegoshi's car drove on tis road...LOL....its pretty ne~ n da malls dere were sumhow so much like las vegas..bought loads of cute earings dere...=)
DAY 8~7th decspent da last day at shinjuku again...more shopping at odakyu shopping mall.....its so huge deres practically everything dere ne~ went to the nearby keio shopping plaza too(: oh and i managed to get my hands on da JAN issues of wink-up, duet and potato...juz HAD to buy all 3 coz its so much cheaper ne... (yes u take spend the ENTIRE day in shinjuku)
DAY 9~8th dec
end of holiday...time flew past real quick ne...woke up at 6am..had a quick bfast of buns b4 setting off on the airport limosine for narita airport.....juz as i left the hotel...MIN SMSED ME SAYING SHE JUZ ARRIVED ON NARITA'S GROUNDS.....wen can we finally say "I MET HER IN JAPAN!!!"....hehe(:

my kl cuzs came down last sun to spend bout a wk here....had another BP gathering last mon so anyways...met cuzs at da club(dey were wif their other cuzs) where BP was gona bowl and swim..basically we(BP) did our own thing n dey did theirs....cept dey did join us for 1 game....(:
after dat my mum fetched BP to heeren coz grace mich and min din wana swim(humph).....we basically ended up having nothin to do coz dat wusen in our plan....(actuallly da reason why i suggested heeren was coz KJH was supposed to be dere..yes if u duno KJH CAME TO SG FROM the 15th to the 17th..mainly to attend the mediacorp Star Awards...)...haha..
anyways we ended up walking to taka...min bought a milkshake from macs and da rest of us bought bubble tea^^...den we decided to haf dinner! had it at Pepper lunch...after my steak i still wusen full ne..so i haf da kuromitsu(caramel) soft ice-cream....YUMMY~

[26/12 EDIT: this original post was too long n gave me problems so im breaking it into 2 parts]ah its the time of the yr again..its CHRISTMAS(((: MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! tis yr flew pass pretty fast ne? time really flies.....sec one was really tough ne.....sec two will hopefully be better(i hope...)???
anyways.....I HAVENT POSTED FOR NEARLY A MTH? OMGOSH...totally slacked coz i was too busy fangirling..sry to all my loyal post readers(if i even haf any..LOL)....so....sum updates on wad i've been doing since my last post(((:
came back from japan on 8th dec....ahh....had loads of fun n shopped so super much ne......cant shop till nxt yr(which is so soon^^)......ahh....guilty for over-spending....but what can we do ne? da stuff has been boughtx) i swear.....if u go to japan..SHOES AND BAGS R A MUZ BUY..the bags r amazingly light and the shoes r extraordinarily comfy...japanese ppl walk alot anyways....
juz wana do a brief daily coverage of wad i did (: sadly not posting pics coz blogger's too slow and imageshack died on me...anyways...the weather in tokyo was absutely lovely...on ave 7-12 degrees celsius(((:
(note: other den da bus i took to and from the airport and the hotel shuttle service to shinjuku and back...all other places were reached by the huge subway system)
DAY 1~30th nov
arrived in tokyo narita airport....took the airport limosine(its juz an orange bus lahh) to da hotel. changed into jeans n long sleeves coz we were going to shibuya(tokyo's teen hangout)..n i wuden be caught dead in wad seemed like pyjamas(its NOT ok) i was wearing.
took the hotel shuttle service to shinjuku station...had da yummiest oyakudon(rice wif chicken, egg & onions) ever for lunch..da egg and chicken was imported from duno which part of japan[:
arrived in shibuya...went to hmv and bought the "cartoon KAT-TUN II you" concert DVD, the NEWS "Pacific" album and KJH's latest and first ever full album, "Eternity"(:
oso bought the jan popolo issue...WAH SEI...da mags r half the price of wad dey charge in singapore....sad dat i oready bought the dec wink-up, potato, duet and jan myojo from s'pore..T_T went to the deaprtmental stalls and lil shops round...loads of cute stuff(:
did i mention...the gr8 shibuya rush junction scene is incredible....everyone juz crosses any how n da poor cars juz waitx)
shopped a lil in shinjuku too(:
DAY 2~1st dec
bought yakitori(grilled meat&veg on sticks) and unagi rice from the food basement of odakyu departmental store near shinjuku station.....gobbled dem up and caught the 2pm "romance train"to hakone, Hakone yumoto station(: its one of those outskirts of tokyo.....spent a nite dere(:...stayed at the yumoto fujiya hotel. its one of the more western style hotels...the idea of sleeping on a futon wasent really appealingx) HOWEVER..gosh it was a baddd idea...da heater in da room was...DISASTROUS??? it was so friggin HOT.....cuden sleep at all can???
anyways..so bought sum local goodies from the shops nearby..took sum photos in the wonderful scenery...den went back to the hotel to take a dip in the onsen(hot spring bath)...sugoii ne...haha me n my mum were so embaressed we were gona walk in wif our towel n all..but everyone juz walks in naked ne...anyways it so steamy u cant really see....
if u juz dip ur leg in..BAH..IT BURNS.....u juz gota take a dip breath n plunge urself in..it pretty relaxing(((:
after dat i felt super tired(prolly coz of the heat and pressure)so went back to hotel room to wait for the dinner call(yes dinner is included so u wait for dem to call u)....
da jap dinner was OISHII=D
oh u can can wear the provided yukatas to meals and to the onsen..so we did....quite cool ne x)

hello(: back from guides camp yesterday....was so super tired so din blog....
ok..so maybe it wasnt all dat bad...quite fun really...cept for da fact dat i was so super homesick(esp. first day) n i so super deprived of FANGIRLING...XD.....cold water, no aircon n sleeping in tents....can it get any worse?!!??!.....actually YES...think about OBS in SEC 3!! GAH...im like...DEAD....
k im juz gona post bout da main events..of course dere were loads more activities each day like games, bathing time, meals etc.
FIRST DAY~pitched our tents, made gadgets(basically tie poles together with twine to make shoe racks etc for tents).....den after lunch we went to VIVO...XD...well for an activity lah....like we had tis ws to do.....it had like certain pics of shops n we had to find da shops n name dem...pretty fun...cept for all da running...=)...den at nite we watched CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN in the nice, fully air conditioned lecture theatre in sch....AHHH...SO COZY...MAN WAN TO SLEEP DERE~.......den had a treasure hunt...during supper we broke into 3 grps for tents....btw dere were 3 tents n only 2 ground sheets...so 1 grp had to use bits n pieces...like...mini ground sheets, ponchos, and shower curtains....HAHA.....MY GRP KANA DA BITS N PIECES.....but it actually quite ok...coz its alot....bout 10 pieces altogether....n out grp used ALOT of newspaper at da bottom....like instead of sheets we used SECTIONS...like da WHOLE HOME SECTION juz liddat..XD.....den..FIRST NITE IN TENT...wah sei..SO HOT N STUFFY....SWEAT LIKE SIAO CAN???.....i tink lights out was 11.30pm..or wassit 12am.....but fell asleep only 1am+.....
SECOND DAY~2.30am woke up...ahh....nice n dry by den...quite cozy actually..XD......5.20an woke up AGAIN...coz sheralyn was toking in her sleep..AHAHA...at first i tot she was toking to sumone...but everyone was lying down with their eyes closed...n no one was replying her...so yes..she was toking in her sleep...x))...den finally 6.30am got woken up by everyone.....my grp was in charge of 'health' today..so had to lead morning exercise....wah lau..i wanted to juz do streches like for orientation camp..but da other members isisted we run rounds.....so in da end we did 2 round..stretches....20 sit ups n 20 push ups....
had outdoor cooking for like....morning tea? yea...was supposed to cook bananas with chocolate, potatoes n hotdogs...but in da end..everyone spent too much time lighting the fire...so no one cooked da potatoes...we ate da banana with choc raw...n da sausages were oready boiled so we juz ate dem liddat...XD
from bout 11am to 6pm was AMAZING RACE..haha..went round singapore..cinatown...little india...clark quay..raffles place..city hall.....quite fun..but DAMN TIRING...at nite we had a mini waterbomb fight...den had campfire..our grp performance was so LAME..but damn funny...XD
tis nite slept pretty quickly...coz super sian....den oso i was fanning myself with my mini pillow so quite cozy.....
LAST DAY~woke up at like 4.30am for no reason....like all of us juz suddenly woke up..coz it drizzled...den it stopped...so we went back to sleep...5.30am....its started RAINING...obviously at 4.30am god was warning us to get out! but no...we din listen..T_T...so anyways...rain go heavier n heavier..n da sides of the tent was being blown by da stupid wind..so water was seeping in...=_=...so we all got up n tried holding the sides down..but soon we had like little puddles..T_T...den we sacrificed alexa n got her to run our n get an umbrella...x).....at bout 6am our seniors came from upstairs(classrooms) to save us with umbrellas...went up to one of da classrooms...so sian but din lie down coz had to wake up at 7am...so juz put our heads on da tables...da whole experience was pretty funny really..XD
cleaned up all areas we used....den had telematch..collected cookies etc.....
n in da end OUR GRP WON FIRST...yay~....haha we were so enthu(((:

one couldnt get a taxi.
the one that struck me the most was the man who put on a new pair of shoes that morning, took various means to get to work but before he got there, developed a blister on his foot. he stopped at the drugstore(pharmacy) to buy a band-aid(plaster). that is why he is alive today.
now, when i am stuck in traffic, missing an elevator, turning back to answer a ringing telephone - all the little things that annoy me - i think to myself, this is exacly what god wants me to be at this very moment!
the next time your morning seems to be going wrong - the children are slow getting dressed, you cant seem to find the car keys, you hit every traffic light - dont get mad or frustrated; it may be just that god is at work watching over you!
